What you'll do?
With your technical expertise, work alongside the EMEA/US BD team to support, develop and optimize Experiences (Attractions, Tours & activities) connectivity partners within the region;
Create connectivity-related frameworks, policies, KPIs and processes within BD to support business strategies and requirements;
Optimize and troubleshoot connectivity processes to promote scalability and to achieve key business results i.e. API failure analysis;
Identify opportunities with connectivity partners and/or integrations that will translate into business wins such as conversion gains;
Oversee and manage connectivity projects from prioritization up until implementation;
Establish key relationships and manage Connectivity partner accounts within the region;
Engage and work with the Planning, Operations and Technical teams on strategic projects to deliver a robust and growing EMEA/US supply base in a prioritized and scaled manner.
What you'll need?
4+ years of hands-on experience with connectivity/technical integration related projects or equivalent role in the tech or Experiences/travel industries;
Strong analytical and project management skills;
Eager to work in multi-tasked and fast-paced environments;
A problem-solving mindset - able to work with complex data and challenges and work towards solutions;
Be able to optimize existing processes, identify opportunities and make changes with a data driven approach;
Bachelor's degree or Diploma backed by relevant working experience;
Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin language is a plus.
