Digital Marketing Manager

This role supports Sales Manager in marketing and promoting of BrighterBee Solutions, and the delivery of digital marketing communication campaigns ensuring BrighterBee become the #1 brand for integrated learning solutions among targeted customers (B2B, B2B2C and B2C).

Responsibilities

Company Website

• Work closely with chosen website developers in order to develop company website according to the agreed quality, functionality, and timeline
• Manage and maintain company website(s) to deliver targeted contents
• Coordinate with the cross-functional team for content development to be available on website and ensure that content is informative and appealing
• Manage Search Engine Optimization and/or Search Engine Marketing of the website
• Track and analyze website traffic flow/ performance indicators, provide regular internal reports and identify improvement areas

Digital Marketing Plan and Execution

• Develop and manage digital marketing plan and budget supporting the overall business objectives
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focusing on online channels (Paid, Owned and Organically Earned Media) to drive brand awareness and engagement as well as support sales targets
• Being responsible for media strategy and analyses of campaign data to maximize leads
• Coordinate with the Content and Graphics team to create, publish and optimize engaging artwork and content to support agreed campaigns for all online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LINE
• Build and maintain a consistent brand image across online marketing channels
• Track the performance of digital marketing campaigns and determine ways to improve impact and efficiency across all online channels
• Combine digital campaigns with other offline marketing activities
• Study customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to make comprehensive decisions
• Manage Social Listening tool to ensure voice of customers being heard and company take appropriate actions

Qualification 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing and advertising fields. 
• At least 5 years’ experience in Digital marketing and Digital brand management
• Having skills in website development, content management, and performance monitoring
• Having strong knowledge of search engine optimization 
• Having experience in social media content management across variety of social media channels 
• Strong project management skill – Able to work in a fast pace working environment while maintaining a great attention to detail
• Skilled in self-learning and problem solving
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel 
• Positive and can-do attitude, independent, Can work under pressure and deadline
• Strong English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) and Thai communication skills
