【Job Description 】

• Office Administration

  1. Manage office facilities of the Thailand branch
  2. Plan and coordinate administrative procedures 
  3. Support employee engagement activities
  4. Support new hires onboarding procedure
  5. Manage local benefit program (health checkup, group insurance...)

• Accounting

  1. Manage service income/payment/invoice with sellers (clients) 
  2. Support accounting work and review financial report
  3. Logistic vendor report and bank transaction report reconciliation
  4. Other accounting work upon request

【Required Experience and Skills】

1. Native in Thai and fluent in English (or Chinese).
2. At least 1 year of working experience or familiar with finance, the logistic experience is a plus.
3. Strong ability to organize and multitask. Self-motivated and result-oriented.
