About the role

We are seeking an Order Specialist (Korean Speaking) to join HCL Technologies (Thailand) Ltd. in Bangkok on a full-time basis. This is an urgent hiring opportunity for a professional who will play a crucial role in managing and processing orders whilst maintaining strong relationships with our Korean-speaking clients. As an Order Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for order enquiries, coordinating between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and exceptional customer service. This position is essential to our operations within the Banking & Financial Services sector, where accuracy, attention to detail and client satisfaction are paramount.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Communicate with Korean-speaking clients to understand their requirements, provide order updates and address any concerns

• Liaise with internal departments including logistics, finance and operations to coordinate order delivery and resolution

• Maintain detailed records of all orders, transactions and client interactions in relevant systems

• Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies promptly, escalating complex matters to senior management when necessary

• Provide regular order status reports to clients and stakeholders

• Identify opportunities to improve order processing efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Support the development and maintenance of order management documentation and processes

What we're looking for

• Korean language proficiency: Fluent in Korean (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate complex information clearly

• Customer service experience: Proven track record in account management, order processing or customer relationship roles within the financial services or banking sector

• Strong organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines

• Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to data entry, documentation and accuracy in order management

• Communication abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean

• Problem-solving mindset: Ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions whilst maintaining client relationships

• Technical proficiency: Comfortable working with order management systems, CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications

• Interpersonal skills: Strong ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Preferred experience: Background in banking, financial services or account management would be advantageous
