• Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate with Korean-speaking clients to understand their requirements, provide order updates and address any concerns.
• Liaise with internal departments including logistics, finance and operations to coordinate order delivery and resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of all orders, transactions and client interactions in relevant systems.
• Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies promptly, escalating complex matters to senior management when necessary.
• Provide regular order status reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve order processing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support the development and maintenance of order management documentation and processes.
• What we're looking for.
• Korean language proficiency: Fluent in Korean (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Customer service experience: Proven track record in account management, order processing or customer relationship roles within the financial services or banking sector.
• Strong organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to data entry, documentation and accuracy in order management.
• Communication abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
• Problem-solving mindset: Ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions whilst maintaining client relationships.
• Technical proficiency: Comfortable working with order management systems, CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Interpersonal skills: Strong ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred experience: Background in banking, financial services or account management would be advantageous.
