We are looking for an User Engagement & Growth Strategist who will lead end-to-end marketing execution in Thailand, covering performance marketing, brand campaigns, retention efforts, and on-ground activations. You will collaborate closely with regional leadership, the local country team, and our agency partners. This role is ideal for someone with strong digital acumen who also understands how to build a trusted brand in the Thai market.


Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok)
  • Coordinate with HQ team and local agencies on asset localization and media planning
  • Monitor CPL, CAC, and other funnel KPIs across all digital channels


Brand Marketing & Local Awareness

  • Localize and execute brand positioning strategy for the Thai market
  • Coordinate ATL/BTL campaigns, including PR, on-ground, and partnerships
  • Collaborate with local PR and creative agencies for execution
  • Plan and run influencer/KOL campaigns aligned with product priorities


Retention & CRM

  • Work with product & CRM teams to launch local WhatsApp, email, and app-based reactivation campaigns
  • Support loyalty and referral initiatives in Thailand


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with regional team to align on product, campaign, and reporting roadmap
  • Act as the bridge between regional marketing team and local execution
  • Provide local insights to improve messaging, creative, and media targeting


Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and report weekly KPIs: CPL, CAC, ROAS, brand awareness, lead conversion, etc.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data, market trends, and campaign performance


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or growth marketing
  • Proven experience in running performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok)
  • Familiarity with creative production, influencer outreach, or local event execution
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and user journey metrics
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
  • Hands-on attitude, flexible, and comfortable working with agencies and central teams
  • Prior experience in tech, insurance, fintech, or e-commerce preferred
