Join Fatton Transport (Thailand), the Bangkok office of a French freight forwarding group. We're looking for a Sea Freight Customer Service to own sea freight shipments end-to-end - import and export, FCL and LCL - working closely with clients, overseas agents, shipping lines, and customs brokers.

Key responsibilities

Manage full-cycle sea freight shipments from booking to cargo delivery (FCL/LCL, import/export)

• Coordinate with overseas agents and shipping lines on routing, space allocation, and ETA/ETD updates

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling shipment status and documentation queries

• Prepare and verify shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin) in line with INCOTERMS and L/C requirements

• Coordinate with customs brokers for import/export clearance and follow up on cargo release

• Maintain accurate shipment, cost, and revenue records in the TMS

• Issue client invoices and verify supplier invoices against job files

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field

• 2-3 years' experience in sea freight operations or customer service at a freight forwarder

• Working knowledge of a TMS and sea freight documentation (BL, L/C, customs entries)

• Good command of English (written and spoken) and fluent Thai

• Comfortable managing multiple shipments under time pressure
