Responsibilities:

• Promoting Offers/ Products/ Services via Phone (Thai clients)
• Conduct Phone Surveys for Feedback.
• Provide Assistance to clients/ resolve issues via telephone calls and emails
• Participate in Events sometimes on weekends (Seminars, Dinners)
• Assist in Event Organization when needed.
• Assist in Marketing Material Preparation of Upcoming Events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any field. 
• Fluent in English (Verbal and Written Communication).
• Knowledge of financial instruments or previous experience working in financial industry is desirable.
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft Programs such as Words, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
• Good interpersonal skills with can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure when facing issues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Details:

• Starting Salary 20-25K with performance-based incentive.
• Monday - Friday (10am - 7pm with1 hour break)
• Workspace Area: Central Location/ Phrom Phong BTS

• 1 Week Training Provided. Examination for training provided at the end of the week, before official Hiring.
