You will be responsible for supporting the growth of one of the fastest growing FinTech companies in Asia. Reporting directly to the frank.co.th management team, you will be responsible for growing business through partnerships

• Contact and close deals with companies that have possible synergies with our company for partnerships and distribution agreements
• Meet sales targets given by management
• Maintain and grown Penguin Privilege loyalty program that give our customers discounts from other companies
• Manage timeline and schedule of marketing releases that partners launch for us
• Work with internal teams on the issuing of coupons for partners, the releases of websites, and artworks with graphic teams
• Weekly and month reporting to MD on results and learnings
• Briefing the rest of the company on promotions and new partnerships deals that you have closed

• Min 2 years work experience, and a degree in business and economics or similar
• Analytical and data-driven mindset, great problem solver
• A self-starting attitude – ability to work independently and take initiatives
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a small team environment
• Learn quickly, adapt and work hard to regularly deliver high quality output under pressure as needed
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Thai and good English
