Primary duty (90%)

-        Be a procurement process owner of the company from sourcing, payment conditioning, receiving, and inventory,

-        Develop and monitor the procurement process to optimize all operating cost,

-        Perform internal financial audit and assist in managing the internal financial approval process,

-        Manage and control finance- and legal-related documents,

-        Be a single point of contact of account receivable and payable – directly contact franchisee for any due balance,

-        Monitor, analyze, and propose inflow and outflow of corporate cash,

-        Manage Monthly Performance Dashboard that includes all departments of the company,

-        Facilitate store handover document to finish final handover process of each Browny branch,

-        Coordinate with an outsourced accounting firm to finalize annual tax report.

Secondary duty (10%)

-        Be a team member for a new store opening and marketing campaign

Qualifications

-        Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration

-        Enjoy using Excel and accounting software.

-        Experience in finance will be a big plus.

-        Be a flexible person in a startup environment.

-        Strong interpersonal and communication skills with various-background stakeholders, i.e. clients, construction workers, construction foreman, contractors, etc.
