Position Overview

The Call Center Officer plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service for Browny Wash & Dry through phone calls, chat, and various online platforms. This position focuses on resolving customer issues efficiently, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and coordinating with branches to maintain smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

     1. Customer Service Support

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding services, promotions, and branch information.

  • Provide basic troubleshooting guidance, such as machine usage instructions, payment assistance, and minor technical support.

  • Manage and respond to customer messages via LINE, Facebook, and other online channels.

     2. Complaint Handling

  • Receive customer complaints and resolve them in accordance with company procedures.

  • Coordinate with branch managers to ensure issues are resolved promptly.

  • Follow up with customers and provide progress updates until cases are fully completed.

     3. Data Recording & Reporting

  • Accurately record customer interactions and case details in the system.

  • Summarize recurring issues and propose service improvement solutions.

  • Utilize relevant systems to monitor and track customer cases.

     4. Operational Support

  • Notify branches in case of emergencies or urgent operational issues.

  • Support the operations team in communicating important updates to customers.

  • Collect customer feedback to help improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent qualification.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or service-related industries (preferred).

  • Strong communication skills with a polite and service-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations effectively.

  • Proficient in computer usage and data management systems.

  • Able to work in shifts.

  • Fluent in Thai; English proficiency is an advantage.
