About the role

As an Airbnb Customer Service Coordinator, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth guest experiences, managing housekeeping and technical teams, and maintaining strong relationships with partners. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the chance to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest inquiries and communication on the Airbnb platform.
• Coordinate and ensure seamless guest check-ins.
• Supervise cleaning and technical teams, including handling damage and problem reports.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with juristic offices and other partners.
• Set up and prepare new homes for rental.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and technology for daily tasks.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the operations team.
• Willingness to travel around Bangkok as needed.
