, you will be the architect of our integrated governance strategy across IT Security, Data Governance, and AI Governance. This is a high-impact leadership role, ensuring our technological advancement is secure, compliant, and ethical, fostering trust and enabling innovation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Governance Leadership:

Design and refine integrated policies and frameworks for IT Security, Cybersecurity, Data, and AI Governance.

Risk & Compliance Mastery:

Oversee critical risk management, ensuring adherence to global regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST). Lead audits and certifications.

Security & Data Excellence:

Drive advanced security controls and robust data management for all tech and AI initiatives.

Organizational Resilience:

Develop and manage proactive incident response for cyber, data, and AI events, enhancing our defense.

Ethical Integration:

Champion cross-functional collaboration to embed security, data, and AI ethics into our operations and product development.

Who You Are:

Experienced Leader:

3-5 years in Data Governance, IT Security, AI Governance, or integrating complex governance frameworks.

Educational Foundation:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Regulatory & Technical Expert:

Deep understanding of IT, security principles, and global data/AI regulations.

Certified Professional (Preferred):

CEH, Cloud Security, ISO 27001, ITIL, or Security+ certifications are a significant plus.

You possess a meticulous approach, a proactive attitude, and a proven ability to drive cohesive organizational governance.
