Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners to strategize and develop products based on the roadmap.
• Provide solution consultations to customers in partnership with the business development team.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that exceed customer expectations.
• Integrate in-house, local, and global partner technologies to create unique product platforms. 
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of customer requirements and propose tailored Microsoft and Google solutions.
• Design and develop solution architectures, ensuring compatibility, scalability, and security.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft and Google technologies, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure successful solution deployment and user adoption.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft and Google technologies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Marketing, or Business (preferred).
• Over 5 years of direct experience in leadership roles within management consulting, system integrators, high-profile startups, digital agencies, or other leading tech companies.
• MBA is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong change management experience, capable of driving organizational transformation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
• Passionate about entrepreneurship and possesses strong business acumen.
• Extensive experience with digital commerce and data analytics platforms, including enterprise, cloud, and SaaS solutions 
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute solution development strategies in a client-facing environment, enabling a sales organization.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment, managing multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
• Skilled at effectively communicating with both creative and technical teams, utilizing appropriate terminology and metrics.
• Possesses a strong sense of business acumen and understands ongoing business priorities.
