Bangkok Bank is transforming its Transaction Banking business to adapt to the competitive, regulatory and technical challenges of today’s world. To support this journey, the Corporate Cash Management Product Development Specialist is responsible for owning the development and ongoing technical and operational efficiency for their assigned product(s). The role presents an opportunity to join a fast paced, highly visible group of individuals passionate about changing the way Transactional Banking is performed.

Job Description:

• Be mainly accountable for all test management activities.
• Manage the planning, preparation and execution of SIT, UAT, and Performance Test.
• Coordinate and support all test leads in the planning, preparation and execution of Disaster Recovery Test and Security Assessment Test.
• Develop Master Test Plan.
• Provide guidance and consulting to test case design and test script development.
• Advise test techniques to optimize Test Specification and Test Methodology.
• Ensure that the agreed testing process is applied properly.
• Mentor and coach all relevant team members on any test items.
• Coordinate with test tool specialist to utilize test tools properly and effectively.
• Monitor&control test execution and ensure the proper test execution of each test level.
• Identify and resolve testing and defect management process issues.
• Review defect progress proactively e.g., daily for all defects and more frequently for critical defects.
• Advise test team on test methodology.

Qualification and Required Skill:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field
• Tester - At least 1-2 years of application testing experience or 2-3application development experience
• Senior Tester - At least 5 years of application testing experience or 5 application development experience
• Implement automation test cases, framework, test script using appropriate technology according to team strategy
• Perform system and integration testing
• Perform test planning and estimation, requirements analysis, automated and manual test creation and execution
• Require ability to absorb application knowledge quickly and develop skills.
• Work closely with Application Developer and be able to learn business quickly
• Knowledge about and experience in this kind of software development methodologies; AGILE, SCRUM
