Job Description:

• Responsible for the successful execution of assigned product developments, process improvements, and to develop new products and solutions in line with agreed business requirements to drive product revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction (now we focus on Payment product)
• Provide market intelligence including competitors’ information, customer needs, channel and sales model developments
• Follow the Product Life Cycle methodology to ensure successful system implementation with minimal issues
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Operations and IT to solve customer problems and to ensure assigned product run smoothly

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Business, and advanced degree Finance or Marketing, or MBA
• At least 3 years of working experience in Cash Management or Transaction Banking (now we focus on Payment Product)
• Experience working as a Business Analyst or Project Manager focused on banking products will be advantage
• Highly energetic, proactive and a collaborative team member

Required skills:

• Good analytical, logical, creative and systematic thinking skills
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Good in both written and spoken in English (TOEIC 600 or equivalent )
