🔹 Monitor and support the Job Process system to ensure smooth and continuous operations.

🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues, and coordinate with relevant teams when problems related to the system or work processes are identified.

🔹 Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computers and peripheral devices, including printers and other related office equipment.

🔹 Provide basic technical support for computer, software, and IT equipment issues to end users.

🔹 Install and configure computers, basic software, and other necessary equipment to support daily operations.

🔹 Provide support for the company's IT systems and equipment, and follow up on reported issues until they are resolved.

🔹 Be able to work in shifts and occasionally work early morning shifts depending on operational requirements.
