About the Role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Operations Model Consultant to join our Strategy Services team. In this role, you will help organizations design and optimize operating models that enable sustainable business performance, improve operational effectiveness, and support strategic transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with business and functional stakeholders to design future-state operating models across processes, organization structures, governance, workforce, and technology. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale transformation programs while developing deep expertise in procurement and operating model design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine target operating models that align with business strategy and organizational objectives.

• Assess current organizational structures, processes, governance frameworks, and capabilities to identify improvement opportunities.

• Develop procurement operating model frameworks to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and value delivery.

• Support organization design initiatives, including job architecture, role definition, and operating model implementation.

• Analyze business processes and recommend practical improvements to optimize performance and customer outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business processes, technology, governance, and workforce models.

• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and working sessions to gather requirements and drive decision-making.

• Contribute to project deliverables, insights, and recommendations while supporting the continuous evolution of operating model best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience in operating model design, organizational transformation, management consulting, or business transformation initiatives.

• Strong expertise in procurement operating models and related business processes.

• Experience analyzing organizational structures, workforce models, and process improvement opportunities.

• Ability to translate business requirements into practical operating model recommendations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Professional working proficiency in English and Thai to effectively collaborate with local and regional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in job and role design initiatives.

• Experience supporting supply chain organization redesign or transformation programs.

• Knowledge of procurement transformation, sourcing, and supply chain operating models.

• Experience facilitating workshops and managing senior stakeholder engagement.

• Experience working in a consulting environment or on large-scale transformation projects.
