Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead result-driven biddable media strategies across Search, Social, and Programmatic platforms to meet client business objectives
• Provide deep strategic consultation on performance optimization for both clients and internal teams
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the biddable media team and support team knowledge development
• Collaborate with internal departments including Planning, Creative, E-Commerce and Analytics to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Contribute to the development of the company’s paid media strategy and ensure alignment with overall business direction
• Stay up to date with digital media trends and encourage innovation and adoption of new tools and technologies within the team

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Biddable or Performance Media, preferably in agency or multi-client environments
• Strong expertise in key platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360, or other programmatic tools
• Solid understanding of campaign measurement frameworks including CPA, ROAS, and attribution models
• Experience in leading teams and managing senior-level client communications
• Strategic thinking with a focus on performance outcomes and team success
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
