About the role

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager (Sales) to join our dynamic team at Mainfreight Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and strengthening existing client relationships within the air freight and logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Air, Ocean freight and logistics market

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and cross-selling

• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries and requirements

• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery

• Assist in the development and implementation of effective sales strategies and campaigns

• Accurately track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within logistics industry

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment

• Proficiency in both English and Thai languages

• Mandarin speakers will have an added advantage package.

• Willingness to travel within Bangkok and surrounding areas as needed
