Position Overview: Full-time role focusing on coordinating mass production activities between Fabrinet and customers while managing internal team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for working with Customers for Mass Production Product to coordinate activities internally with team members, Initiates roadmaps and milestones for validation activities, coordinating with both internal teams and customer requirements, Works closely with the NPI Program Management team to ensure smooth transition to Mass Production Phase, Interacts with Purchasing regarding material deviations, qualifications, and tracking logs for open activities, Communicates factory issues to customers and customer concerns to the factory, Understands customer expectations and drives the section to meet them, Performs other assignments as directed by supervisor/leader. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field, 5-10+ years experience as program coordinator, product leader, or project engineer (preferably in related industry), Knowledge of MRP and Oracle systems, Strong communication and analytical skills, Negotiation abilities, Excellent command in English, Ability to work flexibly under high-pressure situations.
