หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. วางแผน ควบคุม และกำกับดูแลงานบำรุงรักษาระบบสาธารณูปโภค (Utility Systems) และเครื่องจักร/อุปกรณ์ส่วนกลาง ให้เป็นไปตามแผนการบำรุงรักษาที่กำหนด
2. จัดเตรียมและควบคุมอะไหล่สำรอง (Spare Parts) สำหรับเครื่องจักรในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบให้เพียงพอ พร้อมใช้งาน เพื่อป้องกันผลกระทบต่อกระบวนการผลิต
3. ออกแบบ ปรับปรุง และพัฒนาชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักรโดยคำนึงถึงความคุ้มค่าด้านต้นทุน รวมถึงดำเนินโครงการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิผลในการดำเนินงานของโรงงานผลิตขวดแก้ว
4. ดำเนินงานและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบบริหารคุณภาพและมาตรฐานต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ ISO, GHPs, HACCP, 5S และ KAIZEN เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพและมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน
5. ตรวจสอบด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในโรงงาน วิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง แก้ไขสภาพและพฤติกรรมที่ไม่ปลอดภัย ตลอดจนรายงานผลการตรวจสอบและข้อเสนอแนะต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
6. สนับสนุนและดำเนินกิจกรรมด้านการอนุรักษ์พลังงานไฟฟ้าให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมาย ข้อกำหนด และมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
7. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for planning and overseeing maintenance activities for utility systems and general equipment, ensuring alignment with the scheduled maintenance plan.

2 Ensure sufficient spare parts are prepared for the machinery under responsibility to prevent any disruption to the production process.

3. Develop cost-effective designs for machine components and implement improvements to increase production efficiency in the glass bottle factory.

4. Carry out activities related to various systems including ISO standards, GHPs, HACCP, 5S, and KAIZEN.

5. Conduct safety and environmental inspections, identify and address unsafe conditions and behaviors within the facility, take corrective actions, and report findings to management.

6. Support electrical energy conservation activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification:

1. High Vocational Certificate - Bachelor's Electronics or Mechanical or Engineering or Production Technology or other related

2.0-5 Years of professional experience in electrical or mechanical engineer in production factory
