YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Define regional supply chain excellence priorities and establish action plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness across Asia.
Implement standard supply chain processes and systems in line with global direction, providing functional advice and expertise in the areas of:
Demand planning
Sales & operations planning
Supply management
Warehousing & transport
Product lifecycle management
Master data management
Conduct country deep dives, as well as fit/gap evaluations; identify and actively challenge deviations to standards; and develop recommendations to address findings.
Develop and gain buy in for business cases to support investment decisions, including both quantitative and qualitative factors.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures in partnership with global process owners and perform training to develop organizational capabilities.
Implement KPI's to steer performance and introduce reporting and analytical tools to improve supply chain transparency.
Manage escalations in case of critical issues and track measures to protect supply.
Build-up and maintain in-depth understanding of supply chain trends to fuel continuous improvement.
WHO YOU ARE
University degree in a supply chain related discipline.
5-7 years life sciences experience gained at a leading multi-national company.
Prior experience in a client facing consulting role strongly preferred.
Proven track record of developing and executing supply chain strategies.
Working knowledge of SAP.
Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.
Confident and enthusiastic.
Speak and write convincingly.
Strong business ethics and deep understanding of relevant codes of practice
