Being OSP contact center for consumer, customer and other stakeholder. Support the consumer complaint, suggestion, product, promotion, service and other enquiry. (English Call Center)

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Handle, manage and record consumer complaint both in Thai and English in Call Center Application.
• Ensure consumer satisfaction by providing information and given solution to consumer. 
• Coordinate and transfer information complaint case collecting from consumer to related functions as QA, Manufacturing etc.
• Manage consumer cases received onsite, coordinating with cross functions or teams to solve issues
• Received and transfer the line to OSP employee upon the requested both in Thai and English.
• Given and providing information to all caller upon requested.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:-

• At least 1-3 years relevant experience as Thai and English call center agent, customer service, hospitality or any related also consumer complaint case handling experience is preferred
• Excellent servicing and communication skills with service-mind
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
• Ability to provide superb consumer services and resolve problems independently under the company’s protocol
• Good command of computer literacy, and typing skills
• Responsible & able to work under pressure
• Able to work in rotation shift, weekend and public holiday (if any).
