Job purpose:
To act as a strategic partner and manage the strategic guidance and people related to HPC&HC Business Unit and Corporate Strategy & Investment Function, based on inputs/ data obtained from line managers to ensure the effectiveness of HCOE policy, practices, and initiatives deployment and implementation.
Main responsibilities:
- Communicate and execute HCOE policies, people development frameworks, and guidelines to business function to ensure understanding and alignment.
- Support other HCOE expertise functions (i.e. Human Capital Dev., People Performance Management etc. to develop short-term and long-term implementation plan aligning with Business Units & Functions management work plan, to ensure all HCOE related needs are properly aligned to support Business Units & Functions needs and ensure clear training needs to continuously develop and retain talent and cascade needed KPIs down to Business Units & Functions.
- Manage the execution of day-today of concerns and situations in function and provide advices to serve Line Managers' needs, as well as coordinate with relevant functions to come up with the solution to address issues that are raised.
- Manage the communication of HCOE initiatives to heads of Business Units & Functions in terms of organization design, succession planning, talent management, career path, improvement of employee engagement, manpower planning, job evaluation and other people related strategies, to ensure effective HCOE implementation process throughout employee life cycle.
- Manage the execution of recruitment operations of Senior Executive level & Below at Plants and Warehouses and drive the recruitment for all levels in other locations & teams. Ensure that Exit interview have been in-dept conducted for all resignees.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any related field
- At least 7 years of HR related experiences with strong business acumen
- Has strong background in Business Partnering & Employee management.
- Experience in HR specialist fields is a plus.
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work and engage cross-functionally with multi-task skill in high pressure environment.
