Personal Assistant to Director
ที่โลตัส (เอก-ชัย ดิสทริบิวชั่น ซิสเทม จำกัด)- Secretarial tasks with attentive to details
- Support meeting planning and facilitating meetings
- Focal point on administrative tasks
Key Responsibility
- Assist the Director on secretarial tasks including appointment/meeting scheduling and arrangement, organizing documents and files, organizing travelling arrangement
- Support meeting planning by confirming agenda, collating of actions and next steps, and facilitating team meetings within department
- Deliver and maintain operational processes that assist easier of ways of working in the department
- Monitor and track team budget and work on PO/PR process
- Ensure effective running of department and act as the focal point on administrative tasks e.g. ordering stationary, request travelling booking, and other administrative support to team as necessary
- Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence
- Other assignment as deems appropriate
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any fields
- Experience working on secretarial and administrative profession
- Fairly to great English language skill
- Able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Attentive to detail, time management, work prioritization, and well-organized
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Great communication skill
- Able to manage stakeholders and be a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
