Key Responsibility

• Lead a team of native developer both front end and back end
• Partner with the stakeholders to design solutions based upon ideas and high-level specifications into new or enhanced application
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance ensuring all development standards and practices are adhered to
• Ensure continuous improvement in development processes, standards and quality
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to develop multi generation software technology plans
• Collaborate with cross functional teams such as architecture, backend integration, visual design, UX teams, QA, etc.
• Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence
• Other assignments as deem appropriate

Qualifications

• Experience in Magento back-end development experience
• Magento backend extension development experience
• Strong eCommerce development experience
• Magento Version 2.3 and newer experience preferred
• Understand and experienced in Responsive design principles
• GIT and Version Control
