Key Responsibility:

• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions for student programs (PIM/PAT/MOU)
• Manage the end-to-end student internship process – from recruitment, onboarding, engagement and performance tracking to exit process
• University Engagement – participate in university career fairs and student events to build brand image and attract student talent
• Create content for employer branding across various channels and design attractive posters, infographics and promotional materials
• Data management & analytics support – maintain accurate database related to student programs and provide data insight to inform program improvements and reporting need

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or related fields.

• Experience in student programs, internship management or university engagement/employer branding.

• Experience working with universities or educational institutions is a plus.

• Creative thinking to generate new ideas for activities and programs.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate with various departments.

• Ownership mindset and result-oriented approach.
