Responsibilities:
- Support the Implementation of new systems, manage and monitor servers, networks, and cloud systems to ensure continuous availability

- Assist the install, configure, upgrade, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and related applications.

- Develop and maintain backup, recovery, and monitoring systems tools to prevent data loss or system downtime

- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot issues related to both hardware and software.

- Collaborate with the Operation/Development team to support system deployments and improve the performance of existing systems.

- Collaborate with internal and external vendors, licenses, and IT resources related to the organization’s systems

- Handle customer-reported issues by reviewing system logs and performing necessary troubleshooting and fixes

- Ability to work night shifts or outside regular business hours

- Problem-Solving: The capacity to identify issues, think critically, and devise effective solution

- Collect data for system capacity planning to support service platform scalability.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within IT operations.
