- Implement system and operate engineer for VAS Services
- Maintanance Andromeda System, Content & Shortmessage system
- System monitoring and problem solving for handling customer complaints.
- Support NOC which is our 1st-tier team for 24hr during on call period.
- Test and prove that the software meets major architectural requirements.
- Develop, Programming tools for operation
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer or Telecommunication engineering.
- 0-3 years of experience in the Computer or Telecommunication field.
- Good personality, service-minded positive attitude, hardworking, enthusiastic, initiative, and teamwork spirit
- Good analytical and decision making
- Good communication skills and well coordination in English
