Scope of works and tasks :


â€Ē  Develop Go to Market plan and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive subscribers and revenue.
â€Ē  Define the target audience and key messages to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
â€Ē  Manage all marketing materials displayed across all broadcast platforms on AIS PLAY and create engaging marketing content, including match day, big matches, fixtures, results as well as develop interesting and viral topics.
â€Ē  Stand by and handle all urgent changes.
â€Ē  Prepare crisis management plans for different scenarios to ensure real-time response and action for both internal and external.
â€Ē  Design the customer journey, manage end-to-end implementation, and ensure successful deployment.
â€Ē  Manage all sales channels efficiently, delivering sales support information, materials to support sales team, or incentives program when needed.
â€Ē  Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to ensure targets are met and optimize future marketing initiatives.
â€Ē  Motivate and maintain relationships with partners and work closely with them.
â€Ē  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including communication, public relations, social media, technical, and internal designers.
â€Ē  Manage the budget effectively to ensure marketing initiatives are executed within allocated resources.


Qualifications :
â€Ē  A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
â€Ē  Proven experience in marketing 4-5 year, especially within the sports industry.
â€Ē  Ability to plan and execute campaigns that drive revenue and fan engagement.
â€Ē  Deep understanding of the football audience, culture, fan behavior.
â€Ē  Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for football to create engaging marketing campaigns or promotions.
â€Ē  Knowledge of the clubs, players, and commercial of the football league.
â€Ē  Experience in social media marketing, sport KOLs/influencers, content creation, sport online campaigns to effectively reach audiences.
â€Ē  Strong written and verbal communication skills for dealing with cross-functional teams.
â€Ē  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

AIS PLAY Sport Media Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:


· Define and target key audience segments to optimize reach and engagement.


· Design departmental workflows and foster effective collaboration with other divisions to maximize operational efficiency.


· Develop and implement weekly and monthly content plans to ensure consistent and impactful communication.


· Analyze engagement metrics and devise innovative strategies for content presentation and monetization, continuously enhancing the performance of AIS PLAY’s social media presence


· Employ advanced strategic analysis tools, such as SWOT and the 7S Framework, to inform planning and decision-making


· Leverage AI technologies to enhance workflow and productivity.

Candidate Qualifications:


· A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, communications, advertising, or public relations or a related field.


· 5 years’ experience in content creation, campaign management, data analysis, and community engagement


· Proven experience in marketing, especially within the sports industry.


· Deep understanding of the football audience, culture, fan behavior of the football league.


· Experience in social media marketing, sport KOLs/influencers, content creation, sport online campaigns to effectively reach audiences.
