Scope of works and tasks :
âĒââDevelop Go to Market plan and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive subscribers and revenue.
âĒââDefine the target audience and key messages to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
âĒââManage all marketing materials displayed across all broadcast platforms on AIS PLAY and create engaging marketing content, including match day, big matches, fixtures, results as well as develop interesting and viral topics.
âĒââStand by and handle all urgent changes.
âĒââPrepare crisis management plans for different scenarios to ensure real-time response and action for both internal and external.
âĒââDesign the customer journey, manage end-to-end implementation, and ensure successful deployment.
âĒââManage all sales channels efficiently, delivering sales support information, materials to support sales team, or incentives program when needed.
âĒââMonitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to ensure targets are met and optimize future marketing initiatives.
âĒââMotivate and maintain relationships with partners and work closely with them.
âĒââWork closely with cross-functional teams, including communication, public relations, social media, technical, and internal designers.
âĒââManage the budget effectively to ensure marketing initiatives are executed within allocated resources.
Qualifications :
âĒââA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
âĒââProven experience in marketing 4-5 year, especially within the sports industry.
âĒââAbility to plan and execute campaigns that drive revenue and fan engagement.
âĒââDeep understanding of the football audience, culture, fan behavior.
âĒââCreative, strategic thinker with a passion for football to create engaging marketing campaigns or promotions.
âĒââKnowledge of the clubs, players, and commercial of the football league.
âĒââExperience in social media marketing, sport KOLs/influencers, content creation, sport online campaigns to effectively reach audiences.
âĒââStrong written and verbal communication skills for dealing with cross-functional teams.
âĒââProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
âĒââProactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
âĒââExcellent organizational and time management skills.
âĒââExcellent command of English, both written and spoken.
âĒââKnowledge or skills in using AI is an advantage.
AIS PLAY Sport Media Team Lead
Key Responsibilities:
· Define and target key audience segments to optimize reach and engagement.
· Design departmental workflows and foster effective collaboration with other divisions to maximize operational efficiency.
· Develop and implement weekly and monthly content plans to ensure consistent and impactful communication.
· Analyze engagement metrics and devise innovative strategies for content presentation and monetization, continuously enhancing the performance of AIS PLAYâs social media presence
· Employ advanced strategic analysis tools, such as SWOT and the 7S Framework, to inform planning and decision-making
· Leverage AI technologies to enhance workflow and productivity.
Candidate Qualifications:
· A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, communications, advertising, or public relations or a related field.
· 5 yearsâ experience in content creation, campaign management, data analysis, and community engagement
· Proven experience in marketing, especially within the sports industry.
· Deep understanding of the football audience, culture, fan behavior of the football league.
· Experience in social media marketing, sport KOLs/influencers, content creation, sport online campaigns to effectively reach audiences.
· Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and analytics.
· Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
