• Strong knowledge of security management systems and loss prevention techniques.
• Expertise in risk assessment, CCTV surveillance, and emergency response planning.
• Proficiency in inventory control systems and shrinkage reduction methods.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Thai and English.
• In-depth understanding of Thai labor laws and regulations related to security.
• Experience in retail or hospitality security operations preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
