Sales Coordinator - Catering & Events
ที่บริษัท เอเอพีซี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด- Support the Catering & Events team with daily sales and administrative activities.
- Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, proposals and event documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
- Follow up on leads, bookings and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information and event details.
- Assist with site inspections, client meetings and event arrangements.
- Provide professional and timely communication to clients.
- Previous experience in Sales Coordination, Catering & Events, or hotel operations is preferred.
- Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Service-minded, proactive and a good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
