Job Description

• A dynamic leader, highly organized and capable of providing leadership, guidance and direction in achieving the hotel's vision and mission.
• Hands-on Engineering leader with proven experience managing a complex (combo) hotel property, coordinating outsourced contractors, and driving seamless engineering and maintenance operationsใ while ensuring compliance, safety, and exceptional guest experiences.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred in order to plan the opening of Mercure Bangkok Future Park Rangsit in late Q4 2027.
• Responsible for implementing Accor engineering and ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental standards, including WHS, HACCP, fire and life safety regulations, emergency response.
• Lead all engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring the effective upkeep of hotel facilities, guest rooms, equipment, and assets through preventive maintenance programs and regulatory compliance.
• Procedures, Accor ALERT requirements, and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences, promptly resolving maintenance issues, minimizing operational disruptions, and supporting the hotel's business and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
