1. Eaters/consumer marketing (B2C) ; responsible for strategizing and execution of users acquisition & retention, communications and campaigns to achieve business and brand metrics.

We are looking for someone with a strong marketing strategy background and creative mindset. With Grab's fast paced environment, you will need to be able to plan the strategy while navigating through the chaos and taking hands-on actions in a timely manner. You need to demonstrate analytical thinking and share performance and key learning to key stakeholders. The day-to-day activities:

Define both consumer and merchant marketing strategy for responsible verticals including GrabFood and GrabMart both in bkk and other cities.
Work closely with business leads to develop strongly differentiated value propositions and drive product adoption with deep understanding of local market and local consumer insights with the help from our marketing analytics and consumer research teams.
Drive business growth across all target segments via acquisition and retention initiatives by working closely with Business leads, demand planning, Marketplace and Merchant Team.
Drive GMS (Grab Marketing Services) through marketing campaigns monetisation with merchants and co-marketing investment with strategic partners (FMCG).
Responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, media and demand planning, Merchant Pitch, go-to-market strategy and budget planning. React fast to mid-campaign performance and optimise in between campaign activities and deliver post mortem of the full campaign.
Work with all key stakeholders and supporting functions (internal and external) to deliver high-quality work for social media, KOLs, creative, performance marketing, PR, media buying, events, etc. for Grab.
Budget, profitability and operational efficiency: Develop short-term and long-term budgets for marketing activities to achieve key business metrics. Monitor performance improvement from both conversion volume and cost-of-conversions.
People development: Inspire, guide and develop a customer-first country marketing team. Inculcate data-driven and positive work culture, and guide team members in personal growth and career development.

The must haves:

Minimum 7-9 years of marketing experience.
FMCG/agency or consulting background is preferred.

Problem solving mindset - anticipate challenges and proactively propose solutions.
