About the role
This position is responsible for the creation, develop and maintenance of a constrain master production schedule (MPS), ensuring customer requirements, working closely with operations to ensure production output achieved target, manage SFG and FG inventory based on business requirement.
Your responsibilities
- Consolidate customer requirements and prepare production schedule based on production capacity
- Review exceptions in demand changes that impact the schedules / plan & adjust to maintain service level
- Review and prepare daily production output & Inventory report
- Establish the Master Production Schedule(MPS) 8 weeks based on customer requirements
- Leading the production weekly meeting and manage all activity that impact on run plan and capacity
- Prepare OFR weekly report and review root cause with Operations to avoid missed target
- Prepare monthly firm production volume to aligned with plant monthly target
- Analyze manufacturing and packing requirements, review operations issues
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth production plan and deliver to achieve weekly target
- Close monitoring NPD , phase-in, phase-out and discontinue SKUs to minimize write off
- Escalate any issue /decision requiring for production planning
- Minimize SFG and FG stock , close monitoring on SFG self-life to avoid expire stock
