1. Analyze and prepare business performance reports.
2. Provide data support to the business unit management.
3. Monitor and control the budget and expenses of the business unit.
4. Plan and prepare the annual budget.
5. Analyze the feasibility of investment projects:
6. Feasibility Study for property businesses (Big format, TWC, Market including new stores and renovations)
7. Feasibility Study for Other Projects.
8. Compile data, track and monitor the KPIs of the business unit.

Accounting

Responsibilities:

1. Control and manage administrative work and important documents.
2. Provide consultation on operational procedures.
3. Manage and plan Project Management tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
2. Minimum of 7 years experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, and Financial modeling
3. Experience in controlling an operating budget with profit and loss accountability, Distribution Center activities management experience.
4. Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction, and evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
5. Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
6. Outstanding communication and people skills and excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
7. Ideally experience in controlling an operating budget with profit and loss accountability, Computer literacy with good analytical skills.
8. Strong leadership style and good Negotiation skills.
9. Positive thinking and flexible work time, very high level of spoken and written English.
