Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR-related data from various systems (e.g. performance, engagement, 360-degree assessment).
• Develop dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Excel, or other platforms)
• Provide insights and analytics support for key HR projects including succession planning, and employee engagement surveys.
• Contribute to the development of predictive models (e.g., talent attrition risk, high performer profiling).
• Continuously improve data processes, visualization tools, and reporting mechanisms.

• Actively contribute to HR projects and initiatives within the company
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR data analysis, business intelligence, or people analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to tell stories through data.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis is a plus
