Role & Responsibilities:
This person will lead the Compensation and Benefits to proactively partner with HR Business Partners, Management and other stakeholders to develop, lead and achieve compensation objectives aligned to a complex and dynamic business model, and evangelize total compensation philosophy and strategy to the Business Unit. To ensure all are aligned with business needs, market trends and the broader HR strategies both in Thailand and overseas, and develop C&B strategies across reward framework, job evaluation, surveys, mobility, executive compensation, and group projects.
Qualification:
- Bachelorâs degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Science, Public
- At least of 10 years of HR experience in Compensation & Benefits/ Rewards gained from retail/ hypermarket business is a must
- Strong knowledge of compensation Data Analyst skill
- Sound project management skills coupled with strong numerical sense and analytical ability
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills
