Job Descriptions:
- Response for email marketing program development and execution, include segmentation, testing, deployment and continually evaluate.
- Execute CRM campaign also both web users and member card users.
- Retain users and include reactivate with deferent customer segment, stage and multiple communication channel (EDM,SMS) to grow/scale customer purchasing data and longer lifetime value.
- Run marketing automation campaign by customer journey and segmentation with A/B testing to define and execute enhancement to productivities, conversions rate, program/campaign ROI and sales growth.
- Maintain Marketing Automation integrated with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software.
- Understand and evaluation campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.
- Work enclosed with the management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance, create recommendations to improve campaign continuously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's of Business Administration, Marketing or any related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM Online marketing automation in retail business, Digital agencies.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, good team player, result-oriented.
- Be able to handle multi tasks or project.
- Be able to work under pressure and within timeline.
