Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible in leading and coaching in span to be able to deliver the operations Key Performance Indicator
- Responsible in supporting to serve customersâ satisfaction
- Responsible in analyzing and addressing operation issues and have plan in place.
- Responsible to ensure in landing and embedding all company policy and procedure to stores
- Responsible to identify staff talent and develop them to be ready for moves and appointments
- Responsible to review store managersâ progress against targets in once a month.
- Responsible in leading and coaching store managers to manage people in recruiting and preventing turnover including support peopleâs learning and growth in career.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Retail Business Management, or a related field
- At least 5 - 8 years of experience in the retail business
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or executive role
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Proficient in stakeholder management
- Proven ability to drive profitability
- Strong financial analysis and management skills
- Team leadership and people management skills
- Willingness to travel and work in upcountry/provincial areas
