Role Overview:

As an AI & Data Engineer (Generative AI) at BigC, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI models and Agentic AI solution. You'll work with cross-functional teams & consulting firms to build innovative applications that leverage large language models, ML, and data-driven insights for real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and fine-tune Generative AI models , RAG, and Agentic AI for various applications.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to support AI model training and deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.
• Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends in Generative AI , Agentic AI and recommend innovative approaches.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, focusing on data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical AI development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Generative AI models.
• 2+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Proficient in Python and frameworks like Pandas,TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT) or other generative techniques.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering tools (SQL, Spark, Airflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and Databricks data platform is a plus.
• Familiarity with API development, model deployment, and MLOps practices is a plus.
