Position : HRD&OD Associate

Location : อาคารไทยเบฟควอเตอร์ (MRT ศูนย์ประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์)

Responsibilities

Human Resource Development (HRD)

• Design, implement, and evaluate training & development programs to enhance employees’ knowledge, skills, and competencies.

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual training roadmap aligned with business strategy.

• Manage competency framework, career development, and succession planning.

• Facilitate leadership development, coaching, and mentoring programs.

• Monitor and measure training effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations.

Organization Development (OD)

• Drive organization design and workforce planning to ensure effective structure, roles, and responsibilities.

• Lead and support change management initiatives to enhance organizational agility and performance.

• Develop and implement employee engagement and culture transformation programs.

• Analyze organizational issues and provide OD interventions (e.g., team effectiveness, process improvement).
• Partner with management to design HR policies, systems, and frameworks that support business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in HRD and/or OD (experience in large organizations or MNCs is an advantage).

• Strong knowledge of training & development, competency framework, and OD methodologies.

• Analytical, project management, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
• Proactive, strategic mindset, and able to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
