Job Scope:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process.

HR Operations & Administration:

Maintain HR systems (e.g., Workday), update employee profiles, manage organizational charts, and handle administrative tasks for promotions, rotations, and terminations

Employee Support:

Serve as a first point of contact for employees and line managers, answering questions on HR policies, processes, and procedures, and providing guidance on employee relations and workplace issues.

Compensation & Benefits:

Prepare and process compensation-related transactions, such as allowances, overtime, and insurance, for the HR shared services team

HR Project:

Support planning for human resource development, career growth of employees, including succession selection (Succession Planning), Employee Development, Career planning, High Performance Management of the responsible department

Qualification:

• At least 4 years of experience in HR, consulting, or similar roles in a global firm, working in a high-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to use HR reporting & analytics in summarizing information, generating insights and tailoring the findings back to different audiences (i.e., HRBPs, client functions) as well as tracking and disseminating key HR data
• Strong analytical and project management skills with a high attention to detail
