Key responsibilities:

• Work with ThaiBev Talent Acquisition Team [Recruitment] in job ads posting, sourcing resume/CV, phone-screening, shortlisting candidate, etc. as assigned.
• Support and participate in other recruitment and employer branding activities i.e. Internship Program, Job Fair, Openhouse, etc.
• Assist with communication materials related to recruitment
• Provide administrative support to ongoing projects
• Other ad-hoc as assigned

Qualification:

• 3rd/4th year Bachelor's degree Student in Human Resources Management, Political Sciences, Business Administration, Languages or other related fields
• Experience in Recruitment internship a strong plus
• Able to work at least 3-5 days/week in the office
• Computer proficiency: MS Offices (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Canvas
• Good Command of English both spoken and written
