Job Responsibility

• Control and manage Transport Planning to achieve SLA and cost target.• Allocate and record resources and movements on the transport planning system.• Communicate effectively with clients and respond to their requirements.• Manage outsource performances to ensure they deliver within agreed terms.• Control, manage and monitor standard transportation cost.• Determine essential term of transportation service for transportation outsource identified in contract• Determine Fleet Specification for ensuring effectiveness and efficiency• Determine standard of transportation service• Manage Transportation outsource contract• Direct all outsource transportation activities.• Develop outsource transportation relationships.• Negotiate and bargain transportation prices.• Coordinate and work closely with Logistics Service Provider or 3PL

Job Qualification

• At least Bachelor Degree in any related field• At least 5 years of demonstrated work experience in Logistics & Supply Chain, Fleet Management (Transportation).• Strong negotiation skills and leadership skills• Fluently in English and Computer literacy
