Cost Engineer: (1 Persons) Division: Brown Field Employment type: Contract Location: Bangpakong, Chachoengsao

• To confirm and establish the standard format of the Cost Control Report at a detail level
• for control, and at an overall level for reporting.
• To operate the Change Order Procedure, administrate project Change Orders process
• (COP) with members of the project team.
• To assist PM prepare the execution budget.
• To allocate project cost in to each cost code as per Company standard after budget
• approved.
• Prepare / update / monitor project Cost compare with budget / scheduled progress,
• productivity and reporting problems or potential problems &b highlighting any cost
• deviations or omissions from the budget.
• Prepare / update / monitoring of project milestone claim and /or invoicing issue to Client to achieve target as per KPI.
• Prepare profit / loss Analysis of assigned project.
• Earn values analysis of Brownfield project.
• Forecast Cast Flow (expenditure forecast) can be reported in longer interval (e.g. on
• quarterly)
• To identify the most sensitive cost elements in the project and develop a control plan to
• manage it to avoid cost overrun (same as risk management)
• Prepare / update monthly cost report / invoicing status including reports all costs, in-direct man-hours spent of assigned project.
• Register / Monitor all cost which shall be back charge to vendor / subcontracting.
• Perform other duties and functions within its competencies, as required to achieve BFD
• set objectives and KPI.
• Attend meeting and engagements.
• Contribute in the lessons learned initiatives.
• Participate in all the BFD in-house campaigns, i.e. cost saving, value adding, safety.
• Complete all the administrative requirements timely i.e. submit timesheets, reports,
• leave etc.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Good communication skills in English writing and speaking
• At least 1-2 years experience
• Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships
• internally and externally.
• Ability to work well under pressure
