- Responsible for analyzing and summarizing Market and Demand situation to ensure competitiveness and maintain demand and supply balancing.
- Lead / support each Sales team leader in order to find out optimal supply and demand level by account level for maximize stock utilization and minimize sales opportunity loss
- Continuous monitoring and evaluating current situation to measure current sales and market situation and recommendation to improvements as needed to Top management
Role and Responsibilities
- Managing, Designing and generating weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports
- Continuously improving forecasting techniques, method, and approach
- Responsible for all Businesses KPI's, and reporting results, bridging any deviation from target.
- Leading and implementing any departmental continuous improvement projects.
- Evolving and maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures for demand & supply planning processes and systems.
- Conduct current and future forecasting analysis, insuring forecasting processes and methods are followed.
- Make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends.
- Lead forecast and inventory planning meetings with Marketing team, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals (emphasis on brand transitions, new product introduction, and promotions).
- Manage team under supervision.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Mature, dedicated, fast response, high self-motivated with result-driven
- Solid analytical, execution and people management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, working accurately with attention to detail, and meeting deadlines
- Resourcefulness in problems-solving and well-organized
- Strong communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills with stakeholders
- Excellent command of Thai, English both written and spoken and Korean native or advanced business level
- Advance level of Microsoft Excel capability
- Proven experience in team management and coaching
