Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead retail execution and business performance improvement in operator channel in order to achieve the monthly sell-through and sell-out target of each respective channels.
  • Develop and execute the strategy to enhance the sales performance, negotiate and close agreements with operator customer both at HQ and retail levels by working closely with Sales Team and Field Force Management team.
  • Work with Field Force team & Sales Team to set monthly ambitious target for each Senior Field Captain, Field Captain, Area Supervisor, and Promoters.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Monitor on a weekly and monthly basis of the sell-through and sell-out performance to identify the achievement rate and area of improvement.
  • Identify "where to win" in terms of Market Share in retail hubs (e.g. shopping malls, sub dealer market) and work with related parties on the "how to win" actions.
  • Analyze data and initiate actions on sales push & pull campaign to further improve the sales performance and Market Share, by working closely with Trade Marketing Team and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensures product distribution and sufficient availability at operator store level according to portfolio strategy and business agreement
  • Ensure excellence of in-store merchandising, advertising, SIS implementation, sales promotion execution, RDU and completion of store operational requirements, PC allocation by scheduling and assigning PCs in operator channel
  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other related parties in a position to understand service requirements.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Get support from Field Force team to manage all the HR, Field Force agencies, admin, performance analysis, target setting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years' experience in Retail Marketing or Retail Sales or Retail Store Management or Trade Marketing
Strong winning spirit and always want to drive to team to achieve more
High passion to work with sales figures on a daily basis
Able to work and communicate with team members on the field to clearly set the target, way of work and navigate the whole team through the highly competitive sales arena.
Good inter-personal skills to synchronize and collaborate with other related parties – i.e. Sales, Trade Marketing
Strong analytical skills especially with large number of data (e.g. on MS Excel)
Skills in putting up analysis & plans into presentation format
Proven track record in sales analysis, sales management, and trade marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in English (writing & speaking) is a plus.
