The purpose of this role is to assist with the planning, reviewing and optimisation of Performance Marketing campaigns whilst supporting the team in reporting and managing client accounts.

• Plan, Analyze, and optimize for measuring campaigns performance and proactively create strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
• To monitor campaigns across various platforms (Google AdWords/ YouTube / Facebook/ IG / X / Tiktok) and can lead the team to optimize.
• Understand business strategy and explore new paid media tactics to align with the strategy.
• Monitor budget, performance, and key metrics closely throughout the month.
• Develop and recommend optimizations.
• Perform data analysis and optimize campaigns based on best practices.
• Provide reports and insights to clients based on campaign performance and improvement points.

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum 2 years direct experiences in online advertising
• Ability and experience in Facebook Ads & Google AdWords and using all social platforms
• Social media management knowledge would be a plus!
• Facebook ads & Google AdWords certifications would be a plus!
• Able to work under pressure
• Good command of written & spoken English
